Adrienne Mobley is beginning her first year as Supervising Principal at North Jones Elementary where she previously taught music and math and served as Instructional Facilitator. She began her career in the Brookhaven School District where she was honored as Mississippi’s Most Outstanding Young Music Educator in 2004. Mobley holds a Specialist in Educational Leadership from William Carey University, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Southern Mississippi, and a Bachelor’s in Music Education from Mississippi College. She earned her National Board Certification in Early and Middle Childhood Music in 2013 and recertified in 2023. She has been honored as a National Endowment of the Humanities Landmarks of American History and Culture Scholar in 2014 and WDAM Golden Apple recipient in 2024. Mobley is a resident of the Shady Grove community.

Mr. Stephen Brown is in his fourth year as Assistant Principal at North Jones Elementary School. This is his 20th year in education. Previously, he served as a Math and Science teacher at West Jones High School (10 years) and Assistant Principal/Instructional Facilitator at Glade Elementary School (6 years). He is a graduate of Mississippi College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He also has a Master’s degree in Education from William Carey University. He is a resident of the Soso community.
